Four Extruders for plastic linings of Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Copolymers or Ionomers over different supports like Paper, Cardboard, Textiles, Non Woven and aluminium foils, in widths of up to 250 cm. We also offer the possibility of cutting on reels and ream formats.

Completely computerised and updated in new technologies, the different departments: Administration, Quality Control and Sales Division, coordinate the handling of products, from the logistics of raw material to their delivery.

In the manufacturing processes, product is under strict control and structure is prepared for communicating different circumstances of production and delivery, giving top priority to our delivery service.


Checks on raw materials, and examinations of each phase of the production process are exhaustive and constant. Only this way, the Quality Control Laboratory can certify (according to the most demanding standards) our finished products.

In Olesa de Montserrat, there is another factory of the group, which mainly produces Polyethylene and Polypropylene plastic woven fabrics, used in the reinforced complexes produced by Agustin Vilar, S.A. The result of this collaboration is a wide diversity of finished products.
