In 1952, Agustin Vilar Costa, an Industrial engineer specialized in Graphic Arts, aware of the growing needs in packaging, due to the evolution of products, decided to found a company, “AGUSTIN VILAR”, which could cover modern demands.

In the heart of Terrassa, an emblematic city of Catalan Industry, with 1000 sqm of plant and 7 workers, the factory specialized in Handling, Laminating and Lining of paper or aluminium foils.

AGUSTIN VILAR (now converted into a Limited Company), with the same spirit of development and always in a line of direct succession, has a factory of 6000 sqm.
